Palladium Pictures

Palladium Pictures, LLC is an independent film company, launched in 2023 by directors located in Chevy Chase, Maryland. They have produced a wide variety of award-winning documentaries, mostly broadcast nationally on PBS, as well as client films and educational projects. All films were produced and directed by Michael Pack. Palladium Pictures seeks to impact the culture by producing feature length films, documentary shorts, and training the next generation of filmmakers through our incubator film training program. 

With their rebrand, they wanted their logo mark and branding to give nod to the historical context of a palladium and greek iconography while emphasizing their role in film. Giving a modern aesthetic, Athena's wings were designed to surround a camera lens with this in mind. 

Gold, like black, symbolizes prestige and luxury, being associated with royalty and refinement. It's why many luxury brands use gold for their brand identity. Gold communicates elegance and quality. Black and slate give the brand an elite and sophisticated feel, offering a perfect mix of classic and modern. Font choices were chosen to elaborate Palladium's Greek mythological origins and emphasized their modern origins with a modern and easily legible complement.
